Step 2: We create an offer with a flat rate and a fixed delivery date

Based on the initial discussion and the required specifications, we will create an individual offer for you.
The price stipulated therein is a flat rate. So you pay exactly this price for your product, and there are no extra charges or other costs.
The delivery date is also fixed for us and is guaranteed to be met.

Step 3: Further development of ideas together with you

On request, we will help you with the further development and specification of your product idea.
We have a lot of experience in different industries and can help you with our broad know-how.
If your idea is already very mature, this step can be omitted.

Step 4: We create a concept and design proposals

In the concept, we present you with various options and designs of how your product could be implemented.
We will explain the advantages and disadvantages of the individual options to you and, if you wish, we can also make an initial price calculation.
You then decide on the solution that convinces you the most.

Step 5: Construction and Development

Depending on the product, we create hand sketches, 2D or 3D drawings.
The ideas from the concept are fleshed out in this step and the exact materials, dimensions and specifications are determined.
Sometimes the design has to be adapted from the concept when you realize that it can't be implemented like this.

Step 6: Calculation, Simulation & Prototyping

In this step, we test whether our design can meet the required specifications.
From virtual calculation to fracture testing, we can perform many different tests.
If we find errors or problems, they can be corrected directly in the design and then tested again.
This means that design and testing often run in parallel. You save an enormous amount of time because everything comes from a single source.

Step 7: We take care of the production

If your product is fully designed or ready for series production, we can also take over the production for you.
Depending on the product type and product batch size, we can produce your product ourselves.
In most cases we take care of outsourcing the production to a reliable partner.
We take over the quality control of your product and you do not incur any additional work as a result of outsourcing. You will receive the finished and quality-tested product.
If you would like to have your product produced directly by you, this is of course also possible without any problems.
