We work with many common materials such as plastic, wood or metal and also have a 3D printer with which we can produce prototypes within a few days.

prototype construction in 7 steps

Step 1: Free initial consultation on the phone and non-binding initial meeting

We can usually tell you after a short phone call whether we can manufacture your prototype.

We will then arrange a free initial consultation at your location. During this meeting, you briefly present your product idea to us and explain the special features of your product to us.

Step 2: You tell us the desired specifications of the prototype

Which specifications, loads or tolerances the prototype has to meet depends on your product. Therefore, before we can start manufacturing the prototype, you must tell us which points the finished prototype must meet.

This is the only way we can build a prototype that will also benefit you in the product development process.

In addition, you must tell us whether you need a design or a functional sample.

A design sample is usually just the “shell” of your product. You need a functional sample if the specified specifications or specific loads are to be tested.

Step 3: We create an offer with a flat rate

Your required specifications are the basis for our offer. From this we calculate a fixed all-inclusive price.

A guaranteed delivery date for the finished prototype is also specified in the offer.

Step 4: You send us the design data

In contrast to many other prototype manufacturers, we do not necessarily need 3D data of your product.

For us, 2D data or a hand sketch are sufficient. We can then use this to create a 3D design for you.

If you do not yet have any design data, we can also take over the entire design of your product for you if required.

Step 5: We manufacture and present the prototype to you

As soon as we have the design data, we start manufacturing your prototype.

Once the prototype has been completed, we make an appointment with you and present the prototype directly at your site.

In the case of functional samples, there is usually also a functional video. In this video we test the prototype and show you that all required specifications are in place.

Step 6: You will receive suggestions for improving your design from us

A prototype often reveals errors or opportunities for improvement in the design. We will inform you of these points and you can immediately improve your design.

If you wish, we can also take over the construction for you and carry out the improvements.

Step 7: Your design is ready for production

The goal of prototyping is always to end up with a production-ready design.

It is entirely up to you whether you want to produce this construction yourself or outsource the production.

For a possible series production, we can construct different tools for you, such as injection molding tools or devices, if required.

Thanks to our large network, we can also organize the entire production for you. You don't have to worry about anything anymore and you get the finished products delivered.
