Information Use Challenge

To earn the Information Use achievement please complete the following assignment (click the Submit button on the right). After the assignment deadline you will receive notifications asking you to complete two peer reviews. 

In the Intellectual Property Challenge you applied a license to an original creation. For this challenge, you may start with what you created in that step, or you can create a new work. Then, create or find another work to mix with this first piece. These works can be in any format (written, image, video, audio), as long as you can share a link to each individual work. You should remember all that you have learned about copyright, ethics, access, sharing, and, of course, remixing. Then, assign a proper license to this new remixed creation, and discuss the ethical considerations of the remix, the license, and how and why it can or cannot be shared.

Optional Activity: If you decide to apply a CC license to a remixed work, and you would like to put what you learned into practice, feel free to share it in your submission or in the Discussion Forums, by providing a hyperlink to your creation, along with the CC license you applied.
