Many companies now create an "intranet" so that their employees can interact and share without leaving the company ecosystem.

Visit the following "intranet" social media platforms and examine the features and use cases for each. Each site features customer stories. I'm purposely not going to send you directly to the customer stories, because it's a good exercise in website usability and marketing to see how difficult it is to find the product features, costs, list of customers, and customer success stories. Isn't that what you would want to know if you were evaluating a product for your business?
