These days, it's easy to think that everything is online, and it's understandable when researchers get frustrated when something isn't online. But, as we'll learn in this module, the secret to going from a casual online dabbler to a serious family history researcher is a knowledge of where to go when things aren't online, and a willingness to go to those places.
