Key Ideas
- Shifting to blended, and in turn from a teacher-centered to a students-centered classroom, requires a strong culture and mutual respect between the teacher and students
- In a blended classroom, students need to be able to collaborate effectively, work independently, and drive their own learning in a meaningful manner, which is why building true buy-in is so important
- Personalizing your own roll-out plan around culture is important to making sure it hits on your classroom's unique set of needs
