"Rolling out blended in your classroom or school takes A LOT of time and patience. Setting up your classroom, routines, and culture in a strategic manner can truly make or break your whole blended experience. Setting up a personalized space, concrete strategies, and clear expectations for yourself and your students allows you to have a solid base on which to build your blended implementation and also helps to ensure that you are rolling out the appropriate model for your and your students' needs!

Remember rolling out blended is not just rolling out technology. It should be setting up a system where you can leverage technology to address an instructional challenge and serve your students better!"

Strong routines concerning systems and set-ups and student movement are key to any blended implementation. They allow for quick transitioning, maximizing learning time, and a smooth blending of instruction as a whole. When paired with a strong blended culture that inspires students to drive their own learning, collaborate with their peers, and truly buy in to the model as a whole, you are setting up both your students and yourself for success.
