C3 Framework - Dimensions 3 and 4
As we examine the importance of corroboration of evidence in the Reading Like a Historian Approach, we want to take some time to take a closer look a Dimensions 3 and 4 of the C3 Framework. Earlier in the course we looked at the College, Career, and Civic Life (C3) Framework as a whole with further analysis of developing questions/inquiries and using disciplinary tools, like historical thinking. In Dimension 3, students will gather and evaluate sources and develop claims based on evidence, which prepares them for the work of Dimension 4--Communicating and Critiquing Conclusions and Taking Informed Action.
