I realize your ideas will evolve throughout the project. In fact, that's the point of these journals. Coming up with something great doesn't happen on the first try. Even brilliant creators like Chris Rock constantly refine their ideas Links to an external site.. 

These video journals should be no longer than 1 minute and describe your current thoughts on your energy innovation project. Has anything from this assignment (reading, videos, discussion, activity) influenced your thinking?  Do you see an opportunity for a project specifically in this area? Might some of the processes applied be transferable to project ideas in another area of energy?

You should also review your campus or communities "Climate Action Plan" and "Greenhouse Gas Report" if they exist. Many are available at the American College and University President's Climate Commitment reporting website Links to an external site.. A google search will turn up others. Understanding how energy is used and produced in your location will help you identify innovation opportunities that work locally and may be scalable to other places.
