    This module talked a lot about the biological (what you feel) and cognitive (what you think) contributions to our mood.  

    What contributes most to your own mood? Do biological factors (what you eat, medical illness, excess adrenaline/stress) or cognitive factors (negative thoughts, images, ideas) affect you the most? And, what do you do to help manage your own mood?
