Dr Agnes Bosanquet & Cathy Rytmeister, Macquarie University
Dr Agnes Bosanquet is Senior Teaching Fellow in Human Sciences at Macquarie University. In this role, she supports professional development in learning, teaching and curriculum across the faculty. Prior to this, she was an academic developer in Macquarie's Learning and Teaching Centre and taught on the Master of Higher Education program. Agnes is a Senior Fellow of AdvanceHE (previously known as the Higher Education Academy), and completed a PhD in Cultural Studies in 2010. Her higher education research focus is qualitative studies in critical university studies and changing academic roles and identities.
Cathy Rytmeister leads Quality Assurance and Professional Learning at Macquarie University's Learning Innovation Hub. Prior to this role, she was an academic developer at Macquarie's Learning and Teaching Centre and taught on the Master of Higher Education program. She has teaching, research and leadership expertise in higher education policy and practice, analysis of approaches to governance in higher education and the development of legislation and policy, the experiences of members of university governing bodies, and implications of changes in governance legislation for leadership and management in higher education.
