Consider the desired learning outcomes for your students and the learning context in which you are working: student cohorts, discipline and topics addressed, as well as physical and virtual learning environment.
In this context:
- what understandings of education inform your approach?
- what learning theories might be pertinent?
- what learning activities might be appropriate?
- what does that indicate about your role and the teaching strategies you might adopt?
- in regards to dynamics, how do you/will you evaluate and review your approach and strategies employed?
