Dr Susan Bolt, University of Liverpool & Adjunct Professor Yoni Ryan, Queensland University of Technology

Dr Susan Bolt commenced work on this project when she was Acting Director for the Centre for Learning and Teaching at Edith Cowan University in 2016. She subsequently moved to the UK where she works as the Interim Head of Academic Development in the Leadership, Organisational, Staff & Academic Development Academy at the University of Liverpool. She is a Principal Fellow of AdvanceHE (previously known as the Higher Education Academy) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia. 

Dr Yoni Ryan is Adjunct Professor in Higher Education with the DVC (L&T) at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane. She is a Senior Fellow with AdvanceHE, and mentors and assesses applicants for the Queensland University of Technology Higher Education Academy Fellowship scheme, as well as consulting to other universities on academic development. She is a critical friend to Associate Professor Kym Fraser for this Contemporary Approaches to University Teaching course.
