Week 5: Authors

Dr Charlotte Brack, RMIT University & Astrid Davine, Murdoch University

Dr Charlotte Brack has worked in the field of digital learning technologies since the mid 1990s, seeing transformation from Computer Aided Learning to multimedia to online and mobile learning and cloud technologies. She has worked from design, implementation and evaluation of individual units and courses, to institutional-level implementation of online learning in tertiary education. Charlotte has published in a range of educational design areas and co-authored a book for beginners in design for online learning and assessment.

Astrid Davine was involved in this module whilst in her role as Senior Learning Technologist and Acting Associate Director/Manager at The University of Western Australia. Astrid has been working with eLearning (online/digital learning) and learning/multimedia technologies since 2000. Her experience spans higher education and corporate sectors, as well as K-12 education, in both Singapore and Perth. Astrid is experienced in instructional design, learning design, staff development and training, management, teaching and eLearning development.
