Week 2: Authors

Rosie Greenfield & Dr Sally Gauci, Victoria University

Rosie Greenfield is an Honorary Fellow in the Improving Learning and Teaching team at Victoria University. As an educational developer, Rosie has collaborated with teachers, academics and Directors, Learning and Teaching across the university to improve student outcomes by developing teaching capability. From 2014 to 2016, Rosie, together with Dr Sally Gauci, coordinated and co-facilitated the unit titled Foundations of Learning and Teaching within the Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education. Rosie has extensive experience in learning development and design, staff capability building and professional development across the tertiary sector and the workplace.

Dr Sally Gauci is an Educational Developer in the Improving Learning and Teaching team at Victoria University, with extensive experience in building staff capacity in learning design and development, active learning and technology-enhanced learning. Sally has completed a PhD in Physiology and a Graduate Certificate in University Teaching from The University of Melbourne. Sally coordinates the unit Blended Learning Design and Development, and previously coordinated, together with Rosie, the unit Foundations of Learning and Teaching in Tertiary Education, both of which are within the Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education. Her recent work involves supporting university learning and teaching initiatives in the discipline areas of Health and Biomedicine and staff capability building.
