How to Apply Being Economic Unit to Education
1. Watch as local North Bay educators in California discuss how they help students become Economic Units of One at their school sites.
2. Brainstorm the things you are doing as an educator to help your students expand or grow as Economic Units of One?
3. Design Challenge: Design a portfolio project for students that has them assess different aspects of themselves—remember to modify this based on the grade-level and age of students. Examples include: relationships with friends and adults, work ethic, physical fitness and overall health, expressing emotions, hobbies and interests, and potential careers, etc.
