In this episode one of the Staff Nurses gives Gary Intravenous (IV) antibiotics because of his sepsis. As soon as she has completed this task Gary becomes itchy and a rash appears. He has difficulty in breathing. After she reviews Gary she could make either of the following decisions (decide which decision to follow):

A: She could decide to monitor Gary more closely by reviewing him again in a short while

or

B: She could alert the medical team with the information she has, and ask them to review Gary
