At the end of the episode Student Nurse Nugent goes to find a Staff Nurse to come and review Gary because of the concerns she has. After the Staff Nurse reviews Gary she could make either of the following decisions (decide which decision to follow):

A: She could decide to monitor Gary more closely by reviewing him again in a short while

or

B: She could alert the medical team with the information she has, and ask them to review Gary
