As a final step in this project, we ask that you document your evaluation of the lesson you reviewed by using the evaluation tool within OER Commons. This evaluation tool uses the Achieve evaluation rubrics Links to an external site. presented below. The following describes the evaluation documentation process you will take to complete this exercise.

1. Select and Open the Lesson you Evaluated

Within OER Commons, return to the lesson you evaluated. When you open the resource in your browser, you will see a screen like the one below. As identified below, each resource has its own unique URL [1]. Be sure to bookmark the URL of the resource you are reviewing to be able to return to it when you submit the Reflect | Final Deliverable Submission assignment in this course. Begin the evaluation by clicking "Evaluate" in the menu on the left side of the screen [2].

2. Evaluate the Lesson

Please watch the following video (5:35 minutes) that offers an overview of how to use the evaluation tool within OER Commons. Detailed guidance on how to use the Achieve Rubrics are shown in the Extra | Supplementary Readings section of this course.

To evaluate the lesson within OER Commons, ensure you have selected the Achieve evaluation [3], as shown in the figure below. Skim through the guidelines and reminders, and select "Start Evaluating" when you are ready [4].

3. Add Comments

When you have completed your evaluation using the Achieve rubrics, please take a moment to add context to your evaluation by adding comments to the lesson in the Comments box at the bottom of the resource page [5]. Again, remember to bookmark the URL of the resource(s) you reviewed to be able to post it in your final reflection assignment.
