PowToon is a great way to create fun, engaging video presentations. It can be used to create instructional videos, or to present information in a new way. It is an easy animation program with lots of templates and characters to choose from. 

It does require a subscription, but the basic plan is free. There are paid accounts for more options. 

The videos are easily uploaded to platforms like YouTube and Vimeo, and easily embedded into your courses.
