Session 1.5 Get Familiar with the Project Lifecycle

Erasmus+ projects typically follow several project development and implementation phases which stretch through time. It is important to consider how your project activities fall into the daily activities of your organisation and will create added value to your participants, organisation and local community. Erasmus+ projects are structured depending on the specific action you are applying therefore you should be aware of some slight differences in the project design.
