Goals

During this module students will:

1. gain appreciation for reading as a recursive process
2. work collaboratively to revise written work.

Outcomes

Upon completing this module, students will be able to:

1. analyze and research errors in grammar, mechanics, and style
2. report on a personal grammatical, mechanical, or stylistic problem
3. identify and practice strategies for reading critically
4. evaluate and report on the written work of peers using a standard rubric
5. leverage critical reading and evaluation techniques in revising a descriptive essay.
