Computing a Computing a Independent-Samples t Test

After you have built your own Excel spreadsheet based on watching the video tutorial "Computing a t Test For an Independent Samples Design: Excel Video Tutorial (15:19)," edit your spreadsheet to enter the following scores for Group 1:

Note: These new scores are the same ones used in Evaluation 5. However, be careful to replace only the Group 1 scores with these new scores. Do not change the scores for Group 2. Also note that a period is used to denote a decimal point (some participants may be accustomed to using a comma instead, but using a comma will result in the answer being scored as incorrect).

Suggestion: Choose to "save as" and give the spreadsheet a new name to show that it is the "quiz" version. The reason is that you will need the original spreadsheet (with the original scores) when you complete the next Excel video tutorial.
