Who are your partners in this project?

Interaction between diverse project participants has led to the best innovations and learning outcomes from the 150 Tons project. For example, Tyler, an agriculture major, worked with Holly, an environmental engineer, to start a "green eggs" low-energy farming business. Tyler learned from Holly's unique knowledge about solar panel installation and the local food scene, while Holly found out more from Tyler about the ins-and-outs of farming. Holly's daughter even got to run around on Tyler's farm! That is why we're using valuable time to get to know each other now. In this module you will better know the background and interests of your instructor and classmates.

Your assignment has 2 parts:

Part 1: Complete your Canvas profile. Upload a picture Links to an external site. and provide the following information in the "biography" section:

• Describe yourself (background, hometown, what you do for fun/work, etc...).
• Tell us at least one thing about yourself that you think will be unique among the entire class. 

Part 2: Link to or paste your resume below the discussion post (it doesn't count against your 100 words). Don't make anything new for this class, just the latest version of whatever you have. This will help others understand what you could bring to a project team. Many free web services, including dropbox Links to an external site., allow you to make links to files.

Part 2a (optional): In a video attachment to the discussion post, find an object or image that represents why you decided to participate in the 150 Tons project. Show the object/image and explain why you chose it. If you've never posted a video before this class, don't worry. If I can figure it out, so can you & all you need is a web cam, Flip cam, smartphone, iPod Touch, etc... to generate a quick video.
